How do I apply to Paragon eSports?
Visit our Careers page, choose a role and complete its application. You can review and edit your answers before sending them.
Which roles can I apply for?
We accept applications for HR, Recruiter, Competitive Player, Content Creator, Graphics Designer and Video Editor. Each role has its own form.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 for HR and Recruiter, 16 for Graphics Designer and Video Editor, and 13 for Competitive Player and Content Creator. The relevant minimum age is shown on each form.
Do I need to join Discord?
Yes. Join the Paragon Discord before applying and provide your correct Discord username so staff can identify and contact you.
What should I include in my application?
Give clear, honest answers about your experience, availability and goals. Players should include competitive experience and results; creators should link their channels. Designers and editors should provide a portfolio. Do not include passwords or payment details.
What happens after I submit?
Your application is sent to the relevant Paragon staff for review. Keep your application reference and check Discord for any follow-up. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.
How long does a decision take?
There is no guaranteed response time. Applications are reviewed by staff, and the time needed can vary. Avoid submitting the same application repeatedly.
Do I need to be FNCS-ready to apply as a Fortnite player?
No. We are also looking for developing competitive players. Include your current experience, results and areas you want to improve. Our player application supports Fortnite and Valorant. Choose your game to see the relevant questions.
Will I join on a trial basis?
Players and content creators who are accepted begin on a trial basis so the team can assess their activity, progress and fit. Staff will explain the expectations before you join.
What if my application will not send?
Check the required fields, age requirement, Discord confirmation and consent box. If an error appears, follow its instructions. If delivery could not be confirmed, contact staff on Discord before submitting again.
How is my application information handled?
Authorised staff review applications through Discord. Full application information is kept for 30 days. A limited record of your Discord username, decision and any blacklist or ban reason may be kept indefinitely. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
